Recharging and releasing tension are key factors in your postnatal healing and we will aim to achieve those outcomes and more in every class. We will apply corrective movements known to be of benefit to a new mum, calm the mind and nervous system and improve posture. Here we regain core strength and stability in the areas of the body and mind that have had to surrender during the gestation (carrying) period, childbirth and now whilst you nurture of your young baby. This class will be slower paced and most of the class will be lower to the ground or supported by the floor. We will learn quick and easy ways to incorporate self care into our day and find presence even when our focus is being pulled in different directions. This class may help to relieve stiffness, improve stamina and manage the new energy demands you face as a new mother in an enjoyable, safe, sustainable way. What to bring. Wear comfortable clothing. Please bring Water or a drink but tea coffee and snack will be provided. Mats are not provided so please bring your own and something your baby is comfortable lying on and any other props that you feel you may need or want to use. I will be providing some sensory toys but please bring any quiet toys that your baby enjoys playing with. It is recommended you begin gentle movement after six weeks and when your midwife, doctor or pelvic health specialist says it's safe to do so. Only begin when you really feel ready. You are encouraged to have full autonomy over what you choose to participate in during class. Expect us to cover cover Self care Self massage, Pelvic Floor & Core, C-Section Recovery, Diastasis Recti, Baby & Me bonding, meditation and asana. Winter is a great time for an energising, immune supporting yoga class in a warm indoor space. I look forward to seeing you x


Cancellation Policy

* Online payment for classes must be received prior to the scheduled class date to ensure your space. * For classes and workshops, we only accept prior payment online. * Cancellations later than (24 hours for morning classes) prior to class start time for any reason will not be refunded or credited.  * If you have a class pass and cancel a class with less than (24) hours notice or fail to turn up you will forfeit one class from your pack. This includes the drop-in class pass. * Classes bought in line with “intro offer" have the same cancellation policy as classes outside of this offer. * Private classes need to be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance. * All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. * Monthly to month memberships can be cancelled by emailing us on info@cleopatrasyogaandwellness@gmail.com * You must provide one calendar month's notice prior to your next payment date for cancellations of memberships.  * Membership fees must be paid in irrespective of whether or not the member has used the facilities.  * Memberships are non refundable and non transferable after the initial 14 day cooling off period in line with the Consumer Contract Regulations (2014). You sign up for a minimum period and this will have to be honoured.  * Under the Consumer Contract Regulations (2014) you are entitled to cancel an unused membership purchase and contract within 14 days from the date of purchase for which you will receive a full refund. Should you have used your membership within the 14 days cooling off period a partial refund will be provided. Any cancellation requests after this date will not be eligible for a refund. * One off purchases such as the class pass packs are non refundable, non transferable and must be used within the expiry date provided when you make the initial purchase. * Workshops, courses, programmes, events and similar must be cancelled a minimum of 14 days prior to their first start date to receive a full refund, no refunds can be given after.  * Class Passes cannot be extended beyond their expiration date. If there is credit remaining on a Class Pass and it expires, the credit will no longer be valid. * Class Changes, Substitutions & Change of Teacher * In the event that an entire course is cancelled due to low numbers a full refund will be issued. * In the event that an entire course is cancelled * Individual classes may be cancelled by the management, a teacher may be substituted or class times may be altered. No refunds will be given under these circumstances as long as Cleopatra’s Yoga and Wellness have offered an extra date for a rescheduled class and or an opportunity to receive pre recorded content.
